1. Terms and service status

By visiting, you agree to use the website in accordance with these terms. Product-specific terms can apply only after a product is available and complete rules are presented. If you disagree or local law does not permit access to a feature, do not use it.

2. Services

OPO provides product information and access points for TRON Energy and Bandwidth education, Energy rental, Smart Count estimates, resource plans, an open market, USDT/TRX exchange tools, order and status queries, tutorials, security reminders and official announcements. Availability is determined by the current website, app and order page. A feature without a working access link or marked as planned must not be treated as available.

3. Eligibility

For wallet, digital-asset or paid functions, you must be at least 18 or the legal age of majority where you live, have legal capacity to accept these terms, and independently confirm whether local law, sanctions or other restrictions permit use. OPO does not guarantee that every feature is available in every jurisdiction.

4. Wallet and non-custodial responsibility

OPO products use non-custodial wallet interaction. You are responsible for your device, private keys, recovery phrases, passwords and signing authority, and for checking the network, address, amount, resource quantity and authorization before signing. No official representative will ask you to send a private key, recovery phrase or verification code.

5. Orders, prices and fees

Order formation, price, rental period, resource amount, service fee, refund and failure handling must follow the live rules displayed and confirmed at checkout. Bandwidth, Energy or TRX consumed by the TRON network is a network cost and should not be confused with an OPO service fee. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after broadcast.

6. Resource plans and yield information

An approximately 18.25% resource annualized rate plus approximately 4% voting rewards, up to approximately 22% combined, is a reference estimate that may be displayed after launch, subject to the current product terms. It is not a fixed return, principal guarantee, deposit, securities offering or investment advice. Yield, resource prices, network parameters and distribution schedules may change.

7. Risk disclosure

• TRX, USDT, Energy, Bandwidth and related resources or network parameters may fluctuate.
• Incorrect addresses, signatures, malicious approvals and blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
• Congestion, nodes, wallets, smart contracts, third-party interfaces or devices may fail, delay or cause loss.
• Regulatory, sanctions, tax or platform-policy changes may restrict service in some jurisdictions.

Make an independent decision only after understanding the rules and risks; do not act solely on an annualized figure, promotional material or another person's opinion.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the website or products for unlawful transactions, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, account or wallet theft, sanctions evasion, system attacks, abusive ordering, market manipulation, malware, impersonation, infringement, or unauthorized scraping, disruption or reverse engineering.

9. Third-party services

Wallets, blockchain nodes, explorers, Telegram, social platforms, app stores and external tools are independently operated. A link does not guarantee their continued availability, security or content. Check the destination domain, permissions and third-party terms before use.

10. Intellectual property

Rights in the OPO name, logo, interface, original copy, images, software and documentation belong to their respective owners. Do not copy, modify, sell, impersonate or use them in misleading commercial promotion without authorization. Open-source components and third-party marks remain subject to their own licenses and rights.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as currently available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. OPO does not guarantee outcomes affected by public blockchains, third-party services, user errors, force majeure or impersonation websites beyond its reasonable control. Any limitation remains subject to applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and termination

Functions may be adjusted, suspended or discontinued for security, maintenance, legal or product reasons, with a website or app notice where reasonably practicable. Stopping use or uninstalling an app does not reverse a broadcast blockchain transaction or automatically remove an existing lawful obligation.

13. Law and disputes

These terms and related disputes remain subject to any mandatory law applicable to the user and service. You may first contact official support to seek a resolution. If a dispute is not resolved, it may be brought before a court, arbitration body or regulator with lawful jurisdiction. This process does not waive any consumer or other statutory rights.
