Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to opotrx.com, its announcements and help content, official support links clearly identified on the website, and any future OPO app or service that expressly links to this policy. Third-party wallets, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, the TRON network, blockchain explorers and external websites apply their own terms and policies.

2. Information we may process

• Information you provide: questions, feedback, complaints and contact details you voluntarily send through official support. Those communications are currently processed by the relevant third-party messaging platform.
• Website technical data: hosting, security or logging services may receive IP address, browser, device and operating-system information, access time, referring page and error logs.
• Address lookup: the public TRON address you submit is sent through our server to TronGrid to retrieve TRX, USDT, resources and recent transfer information. No wallet connection is required. The address is not placed in the page URL or saved as browser or application search history. Our application does not log the query body, but hosting providers and TronGrid may retain request information under their security and logging policies. Public blockchain data is not necessarily anonymous.
• Local storage, analytics and advertising attribution: Google Analytics, X, Meta and TikTok measurement is enabled on the production domain only after you select the corresponding option and click Save choices. No allowance is saved automatically. Legacy allowance settings require one-time reconfirmation; refusals are preserved. These services may process page visits, referrers, browser and device information, cookie or session identifiers, IP addresses and technical request information. You can withdraw each setting at any time through “Cookie settings”; this does not automatically delete data already sent. See our Cookie Policy, the Google Privacy Policy, the X Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.
• App or product data: wallet connections, orders, notifications, device identifiers or crash data are processed only when you use the relevant function. The app notice and product rules describe the applicable scope, purpose and permissions.

3. Purposes

We process information only to the extent needed to operate and secure the website, answer inquiries, check public on-chain status, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, improve content, measure campaign performance and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing and public blockchain data

We do not sell personal information. Where necessary, hosting, security, customer-support or technical providers may process the minimum information needed to provide their services, and information may be disclosed in response to a valid request from a competent authority. Once a transaction is broadcast, the public network processes it and anyone may be able to view it; OPO cannot delete or alter data recorded on a blockchain.

5. Security and non-custodial principles

OPO uses a non-custodial interaction model: you retain control of private keys, recovery phrases and signing authority. Official support will never request a private key, recovery phrase or verification code. We use HTTPS, access controls and necessary security logs to protect the website, but no measure can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed for its stated purpose, security, dispute handling or an applicable legal obligation, then deleted or de-identified. Cookie and local-storage choices remain until you clear site data, reset them or we update the relevant version. Third-party services retain data under their own policies. OPO cannot delete public blockchain records.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its processing, request a portable copy, withdraw consent or object to processing. We may need to verify your identity securely, using only the information necessary to handle your request. Some requests cannot be fully completed when they concern public blockchain records, mandatory retention or the rights of others; the limitation should be explained.

8. Minors

OPO products involving wallets, digital assets or paid services are not intended for anyone under 18 or the legal age of majority where they live. If information about an ineligible minor is identified, reasonable deletion or restriction steps should be taken where legally and technically possible.

9. International processing

Hosting, analytics, advertising-attribution and official contact platforms may process information outside your region under their respective transfer mechanisms and safeguards. You should also review the relevant third-party policies.

10. Updates

When product features, data purposes, suppliers or legal requirements materially change, we will update the date and provide an appropriate website, app or other notice. Where appropriate, we will show Cookie settings again or request a new choice.

Optional X advertising tracking

X advertising tracking starts only after you select it and click Save choices. It measures visits and clicks on available app download links for advertising attribution; a click does not confirm installation. Opening the download menu does not send a download event. You can withdraw X tracking independently in Cookie settings.

The essential localStorage key opo_cookie_choices_v3 remembers your choice until you reset it or clear site data. With consent, X may process click identifiers (twclid), cookie identifiers, browser/device and technical request information, including IP addresses. X may use first-party _twclid and third-party cookies according to its own retention policy and browser restrictions. Processing may occur outside your country. We hide the page location from the pixel and do not attach wallet addresses, balances, email addresses or order details to events.

Choices are not saved automatically. Legacy allowance settings require one-time reconfirmation; previously declined choices stay declined. You can uncheck any option or select Essential only; browsing and downloads remain available. Cookie settings shows the saved choices without changing them. Saving X as off or selecting Essential only withdraws permission. If X has loaded, the page refreshes to unload it and we attempt to clear its first-party cookies. Already transmitted data and X-domain cookies cannot be deleted by this website. Local previews do not load the production pixel.

Optional Meta page-view and download-click measurement

Meta page-view and download-click measurement starts only after you select it and click Save choices. Meta Pixel 1639575114242429 sends PageView when you visit a page, including when navigating within the site. Clicking an available app download link sends the custom OPO_Download event once. Opening the download menu, page visits and refreshes do not send OPO_Download. A click does not confirm installation. We do not configure advanced matching or automatic event detection. You can withdraw Meta independently in Cookie settings.

The essential localStorage key opo_cookie_choices_v3 saves your choice until you reset it or clear site data. With consent, Meta may receive page URLs, referrers, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and IP addresses, and may process data abroad. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc cookies. We do not add wallet addresses, balances, email addresses or order details to events. Do not put private information in page URLs.

You can refuse Meta independently or withdraw consent in Cookie settings. We stop further measurement and attempt to clear first-party Meta cookies; this does not erase previously sent data or Meta-domain cookies. No tracking image is loaded without JavaScript. Local previews never send production pixel data.

TikTok visit measurement

TikTok Pixel OPO (DATSGM3C77U5PB60FCVG) is optional visit measurement. It starts only after you select TikTok and click Save choices. Legacy allowance settings require one-time reconfirmation. A previously saved refusal is not overridden. It loads only on the official domain while the saved setting is enabled. You can turn it off in Cookie settings or select Essential only. Local previews do not send production TikTok events.

The necessary localStorage key opo_cookie_choices_v3 stores your choice until reset or site data is cleared. With consent, TikTok may receive page URLs, referrers, browser/device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers, and process them abroad. Advertising cookies may include _ttp, ttclid and ttcsid / ttcsid_<pixel code>, with a provider-specified duration of up to 13 months since last use. Withdrawal stops subsequent sharing and attempts to clear first-party TikTok cookies; it does not delete data already sent or third-party cookies.

This integration installs the base visit measurement only. It does not send registration, purchase or download-click conversions, call identify, or add phone numbers, email addresses, wallet balances or order details. Visits do not prove an app install or backend registration. Do not put private information in page URLs.
